A fun spot to ride and swim after your done. you have to look for the best spots out there. Lots of trails and big rocks to climb on.The park is about 2 square miles and is full of old granite quarrys that are full of water. some have fish and turtles. Lots of wild life like dear and small snakes.

Customer Service

Makeing your own trails across the rock sufaces is your best bet. The main trails are good for speed and getting air in a few spots. Jumping off the cliffs into a Quarry is better on a bike.

Quarry Park is a city run PUBLIC park with trails for MTB and hiking. Most trails are 6ft wide. The park is patrolled by park police.
A map gives you an overview of the entire park as well as shows all trails and marks them as MTB and hiking or both, they are also adding a new trail. The main trails are covered with gravel with the designated MTB trails are mostly grass. There are a few Technical Sections which are pretty tough.
The park also contains a swimming pool dug right out of rock with a couple cliffs if you feel like doing a DEW! which I recommend after a hard ride (note: If you choose to go in with your bike you might not get it back as this thing is deep!).
If you got a two-piece fishing rod bring it along as they have several ponds with plenty of small fish to catch but it's stricly catch-&-release.

conclusion:
Not a bad way to spend the day riding but nothing too difficult. Swimming and Fishing top off the ride.

The trail is dedicated to the weekender who just wants to go out and enjoy the scenery of the quarries. If you want
to make the most out of the experience ride it fast and hard at night. Bring your close companion to take advantage of the solitude. The best part of the quarries is jumping off of DO IT during your ride!

This trail is what you make of it. You can either stay on the gravel and have a leisurely ride or you can pull off the trail and mess around in the techinical zones. The technical zones are pretty tough and not for rookies, however if you look hard enough there are spots where rookies can practice their skills and work up to the more difficult spots.

This isn't my favorite trail but if you're looking for a day of biking, swimming, fishing and so on, this is where you want to be. I personally have not had a good run here; every time I go I get a flat.
