St Louis has it all from mellow single track to mental drops.

Customer Service

Right at the telephone pole and either right to the two jumps or stay on the main trail to hit a new sic drop that connects up with the fenceline.

Saint Louis has many trails from mellow singletrack to some gnarly rock trails and a nice drop too. You must really spend a day or two on the mountain to get the full experience. Also, go with some one who knows the trails because they will show you the fun stuff, or just talk to the riders you see there.

Customer Service

Fly through the root section, and then hit a huge launch. You can stay on the main trail that nears the water tank or stick to the rights and hit some more technical riding.

absolutely love riding this one. this is a singletrack with plenty of room halfway down to create your own routes. there's a good share of rocks and drops. remember to bring a few cars cause you don't want to hike back up. also bring a few spare tires cause you'll be pissed if you flat on this one!!

Customer Service

Fly down this bitch like a bat out of hell. don't miss the fat jumps. hit the big drops and nail the big drop at the end.

Cool trail - I rode it on an aluminum hardtail - not really the best bike for this rugged trail - will definately keep you pushing your envelope. Be prepared to hike a couple of sections unless you have full body armour and 10" of travel on your suspension.

just after the straight faced jump near the top people have been going down a thin trail in the brush to the right, headed for manoa valley. looks like serious riders only though. also some sick new trails cut out recently. take the middle trail with the decent rock drop and stay left until you see 2 trails i think to the right, both pretty seriously steep. disc brakes and fat tires recommended. main trail puddles real bad at the top when its raining, but once you get to the trails is not so bad... wear gloves for when you pound your hand into the rocks on the far right trail, real technical, left trail is one long rut, too short. middle is fast and has fun drop. more trails on both sides of concrete road going down.

Customer Service

the same way everyone else goes. park closes at dark, bums there too so dont plan on leaving your car too long

the dump trail is also a blast that no one has mentioned. when your going down the sidewalk and the trail is about to start, slow down and look for a left that branches off. its hard to see so take your time. this trail winds through a valley of tight tiht forest with fun off cambers and 2 killer gaps. youll figure out how to get to the bottom. thanks to russ for building all this. also there is a new trail that is just 2 doubles that branches from the top. when you pass the barking dogs on the right, slow down and look for 3 chopped telephone poles. take this trail but down roll it cuz you will screw up the jumps. if you are not gonna hit it carry your bike around the side. full body armor is recommended because if someone gets hurt thats no good, atleast wear gloves and a full face. hope you got disc brakes. sunday is the day everyone rides. if you wanna meet other downhillers bring a pickup and help shuttle everyone to the top. we're a friendly bunch

I wanna thank the guys who were there when I fell off my bike and dislocated my collar bone, thanx for letting me use your helmet,I think it really helped me a lot I forgot your names but you are the other 3 guys whose names start with "J" I remember one of the guys making a comment about that.
Well again thanx a lot and I'll be there in about a month or as soon as my clavicle heals. ride on, crash and burn peel & chew.
BTW I'm getting full body armor for next time....

Dis was one of my favorites when I lived in Makiki. It was second to Tantalus till that got banned. There was a time that we used this area a pratice race area, as you could do a bunch of laps and have fun, without feeling alone, like in a real mtb race.

Customer Service

Ride from the road at the entrance, down the left and play around in the network of trails. If you find the ropeswing (if it's still there) play on that for awhile. Then ride to the top where the powerline tower is. Turn around and bomb downhill. When back by the parking benches near the parking lot, veer right and continue down. Go fast but watch for people coming uphill. Yes there are some of us who would ride uphill.
