Strength:

Smooth, durable, easy to maintain, light weight.
Can be upgraded to 36 or 54t ratchet

Weakness:

Cost to upgrade out of 18t ratchet.

I got my first set as a warranty upgrade on a Framed Alaskan. Ran them on frozen dirt, snow and ice, and can't complain at all. The ease of conversion to 54t is worth considering- plus the notion of carrying the original 18t as a ready (clean and lubed) spare.
The design is completely different from standard pawl type hubs, with meshing under-cut ratchet teeth providing positive contact over a large area. I call that huge durability and a margin of reliability, which is important to me when I'm fat-biking in the Minnesota winter.
