Strength:

Slick looks and fairly light weight.

Weakness:

Not One freakin vent.

It's a good helmet if it's not tooooo hot. There are two little tiny vents under the visor that do nothing. I haven't taken a header on it yet but it seems like it protects pretty well. The cheak area is a little tight. For the price, buy a Vigor. 3 chillis cuz of the lack of vents.

Strength:

looks great, fairly light, perfect fit, superior protection compared to an XC helmet, removable and adjustable visor, reasonable price compared to most full face brain buckets

Weakness:

very very very hot, needs more ventilation

A great helmet if you doing DH and serious freeriding. But if you you're going for the XC ride, go with the regular helmet.

Looks cool, fits perfectly, protects really well, I destroyed my first in a hard crash in Todtnau (Black-Forrest, Germany) and now I bought my second one 'cause I didn't damage a lot inside my brain.

Weakness:

not that well ventilated, but it's ok, cause you don't get any bees and wasps in your hair. It's no helmet for uphill-use, but who needs a full-face-helmet while climbing????

It's the perfect helmet for downhilling and any kinds of freeriding, dirtjumping....

Strength:

Cool design and graphics
Complied with SNELL protection standard
Affordable price

Weakness:

No vents (except for 2 useless holes beneath the visor)
Everyone bought the same color as I did! (red)

The first time I used this helmet in an 8 km DH trail, I had a minor stiff neck. But I guess Im just not used to full face helmets which are comparatively heavier than my Giro Pneumo.

The AZX also made me go downhill faster since you dont feel the air whistling through your ears. Just like when you're driving a brand new car with a closed window, you're not distracted by the wind blowing on your face.

This helmet saved my face twice. Crashed face down and fell from 5 foot drop in Peak 3. The helmet is still intact with few scratches and my head feels ok.

The only downside to this helmet is the lack of vents. Here in the Philippines there are no such thing as shuttles . So you have to climb the mountain before you can go DH. When Im wearing this helmet while pedaling uphill, I feel that my head is burning.

The bottom line is the AZX provides the protection you need and gives confidence in charging any terrain or obstacles. Should additional vents be added without sacrificing strength and level of protection, better.

Weakness:

I ride the north north shore and in the summer it gets
f*cking hot, a bit to hot for that helmet, but its barelble.

Good helmet for the price , very comfortable, nicly made,
nice up on the North North Shore for all the nine and ten footers I do.

I want to give folks sizing info. I wear a 7 5/8 baseball hat, my head is about 24" in diameter, and the XL was just big enough. It's a little snug, but not painful.

Strength:

It's light, fits perfect and is extremely safe. Beside this, it looks cool. It's a good downhill-head-on-insurance !

Weakness:

Has not the best ventilation (I used to use the AZX in summer on the island of Mallorca and sometimes my head got toasted - but hey, put him off during the uphills and everything is O.K.)

If you go Downhill and you don't want to wear a heavy hat - try the AZX. It's a cool piece of safety gear....

Strength:

Great fit, comfy (when it's not hot) and good looking. Premium details like large, adjustable visor, fail-proof D-ring buckle and Snell B95 certification.

Weakness:

No ventilation, which is a problem during the warmer months. Cheek pads could extend further. Not a true replacement for a full-size MX helmet.

My hat size is a 7-1/4" and the Medium fits nicely. The AZX feels glued to my head - I can't rip it off my head no matter how hard I try - and I feel rather safe wearing it for normal freeriding/XC/DH uses. However, I also wear an MX helmet (O'Neal WF542) because it's just a whole new level of protection. MX helmets weigh quite a bit more than bike/BMX helmets but I simply prefer the added coverage, padding and protection and MX helmets do look more intimidating. ;)
