PRICE!!!

so i fell for buying these as i've read so many good reviews. i found them for $122 instead of list price of $160 so i talked myself into them. bad idea! only reason i gave them a 3 on overall is b/c of how grippy they are. rode them hard for two months lost numerous pins and now b/c of poor material selection for their bushings, a groove formed on the crank side of the non-drive pedal. this groove now allows slop after the bolt has been torqued. this as you all know will allow contaminants in and eventually lead to catastrophe. this is awesome seeing how i have a 60 mile benefit ride in 6 days. so now i have to mail them in and see what dealer says then wait for replacements.

If you like a big grippy platform pedal, these are the [email protected] Not the thinnest or lightest but pretty close. Best platforms I'v used to date.

Strength:

Wide platform, lots of cleats, super strong

Weakness:

None that I have found

The first chance I had to use these was on the 12 mile loop at Council Bluff Lake, Missouri. The wide platforms made it feel like I was standing on solid ground no matter what the trail conditions were. The cleats held firmly to my shoes, even when I thought I was going down. I would highly recommend these pedals.
