Strength:

The derailleur itself is a strong one. Doesn't break easily. It shifts fairly smooth.

Weakness:

Doesn't always switch gears. Sometimes I have to double-shift. Needs to be readjusted often.

This derailleur came stock on my Rocky Mountain. After about 500 miles, it still works good and holds up well. I wish I didn't have to adjust it as much, but that's not too bad.

Strength:

New shadow technology actually keeps chain slap at bay better than the older RD-M430. I managed to pick this up on sale at a great price. It was kind of a lateral upgrade, but very much worth it.
It shifts about the same as the older one, it is quite a bit more low-profile.
Set up was pretty straight forward, and I appreciated the adjustment barrel on the derailleur.

Weakness:

I haven't found any yet. I only have one ride in on it, but it has performed well so far.

I think it's a pretty nice budget derailleur. It looks good and performs well at it's price point. If you can find it on sale it seems like a stellar deal.

It's not going to be for the guy who has to have the best of everything. I think it's a great derailleur for the $.

nice looks, acceptable weight, almost same with deore 2014

Weakness:

pulleys.. much better replace them with ceramic the ones that will spin like forever, no clutch switch, spring is a bit small compared to deore 2014 RD
