Strength:

Very smooth bearing. Almost feel like the bike roll by itself

Weakness:

I don't know how durable is the product, but Shimano has a very good reputation

I replace the ProWheel bearing with the MT800. It fits into a BC1.37 thread with a 24T diameter. The improvement in reduce rolling friction is noticeable.
It has a smaller outer casing and do require a special adaptor ring to tighten and removal.
