    Strength:

    Light, looks aerodynamic.

    Weakness:

    Uncomfortable.....Extremely uncomfortable.

I got the saddle on a second hand Fuji Team. It is horrible. Imagine sitting on three little rocks. That is the general experience. My Rocket V on my mtb is sooo much better.

That said, saddles are a personal pref kind of thing. Try a WTB Rocket V before you buy this one.

1 smoldering teddy graham for value.
2 burning hemmroids for the weight and aerodynamics.

    Strength:

very light weight, comfy all day. looks totally phat on my silver & blue sugar 3. nice cutaway for that sack-protection.

    Weakness:

    pricey pricey pricey

...pricey but boy it gets it done, and with style. they say it was made especially for road riders, so to me that implies that it would be confortable. for my bony butt it works just fine. be careful if you're much bigger'n me (5'10" 165).

Somehow I got this saddle really cheap, only $35 at my LBS. I didn't realize it retails for so much more...

Anyway, yes I use it for XC mountain biking even though its designed for the road. I find it pretty comfortable, and do not experience any numbness. I previously only used Vetta seats, the old-school style that were really hard (btw I never had any numbness with those either). I loved those Vettas, and find that this Serfas is good too. I didn't think I would like it because the padding seems a LOT cushier than my other saddles, but its comfy nontheless.

Only downside is that the saddle seems to wear a little quickly compared to my old Vettas.

    Strength:

Light, very comfortable, long rails allow for a lot of adjustments

    Weakness:

    A bit pricey.

At first glance, it does not look like an "All Day" saddle, however, it's comfortable. It's similar to the Sefas Deep Grove, however, it's lighter. I'm 6-ft. & 220-lbs., and I was pleasantly surprised by the performance. Very good investment.

    Strength:

    Very comfortable - light too.

    Weakness:

    None.

When I bought the saddle, I thought it might be uncomfortable given the size and weight. I'm 6'2" and weigh 210lbs. It was actually very comfortable. Worth every penny. Now I want one for my mountain bike (I use the Serfas Pro and am very happy with it too).
