Strength:

It will hurt if you hit someone is customer service with it.

Weakness:

Customer service. Doesn't stay up. Or down. Or anywhere.

2 year warranty on seatpost. Bought a 2017 niner Rip9 RDO used, seatpost was factory part. No i don't have the original bike purchase receipt, the bike is a 2017, do the math, it's less then two years old. They refuse to fix the post and ignore me. Guess i wont ever be buying their brand, nor will anyone else I know.

Strength:

Smooth action, good remote, the only affordable and reliable one with offset, works great in cold weather too, great customer service.

Weakness:

A little heavy.

Have two of these, after a year of heavy use one of them started to sometimes sink down an inch or so when weighted. Sent to KS, they could not replicate the problem in house but replaced the cartridge nevertheless which fixed the problem. Got it back in 10 days, excellent customer service.
