Strength:

Weight, supple for Al, good handling

Weakness:

none that I have found yet

The Ellsworth Flight is a pleasure to ride. It is a pretty smooth ride, and is not an aluminum girder. It corners like an animal, and handles pretty well in other situations. My other ride is a steel HT, so the Flight is a refreshing change of place. Refreshing as in fast as heck! The Axials make me feel like there is no resistance from the road (23 mm), and my legs are connected to the ground. I've ridden a porker of a steel road bike before, and it was pretty heavy. Every stroke of the pedal I could feel accelerating the bike. Not with the Flight. It disappears under me. Awesome. It beats the other scandium frames in price, and is just as light.

Strength:

OS Aluminum frame that rides like a good steel frame. Weighs only 2.2 lbs. Not a NOODLE at this weight, still stiff in bottom bracket. This is a road bike so I am not sure why it's here

Weakness:

Cost and avaliblity, hard to get, Ellsworth only make one batch per year. Only comes in 3 sizes, like a mountain bike.

The best road bike I have ever owned. I cannot belive the light weight and smooth resillent, steel-like ride. Rides like steel.
