4" tires are unstoppable and their size greatly increases the clearance to something closer to 29r - I'll have to measure actual clearance comparison. Value is great too - got mine for $1200.

The weight. But hey, the float from those beefy 4" tires makes it beast of a climber.

First, it should be known that this is the only Fat Bike I have ridden. My other bike is an Ellsworth Evolution (29r) which made me feel like I was cheating when I first rode it. This Fat Bike thing is really a an eye-popping experience. I ride serious technical single track in Northern NJ, so there are BIG roots and BIG rocks and very little forgiveness on either side of the trail. With this Fatty, even mistakes are forgiven because of the added traction footprint and the power of the rigid all over frame. I can't say that it is better than my Evolution, it is just a great and enjoyable different. Cheers!!!
