Strength:

I am 5"6 35cm is the right size, nice small frame great on single track, takes off very fast great bike to play on.

Weakness:

Lots of flex at the rear, bike a bit too short for long climb and doesn't holds it line during difficult DH.
But overall feels good.

Good bike for its value, great for female or small rider
feels similar to specialized Rockhopper, seems pretty strong but weak and flexy rear triangle. Best used with XT disc brakes at rear to elimlate flex.

Strength:

strong, sturdy frame that has handled everywhere that I have gone on it. never bent or buckled it but have had a few punctures.

Weakness:

tyre tread wears out quite fast and so do the brake pads. too heavy in the front end to do extreme stunts.

great bike for all the riding that I do and if it is within your budget I guarentee that you won't be disapointed with it.

Strength:

Great spec at v. competitive price
Reasonably light and seemingly very strong frame.
Aggressive geometry.

Weakness:

No one knows of the brand back home in UK.
Nothing else. Saddle broke and Seatpost clamp came loose from seatpost and nneded 'glue'- this only after several clumsy wipeouts with trees etc

For the price-Great spec/ frame/ forks/ wheelset
A real go-anywhere/do anything bike
Who should buy it?? If this is your budget, You should!!
Avanti cut corners on very little here, and only on the things that it is very easy to upgrade. PERFECT. I LOVE THIS BIKE- or is that obvious?

PS frame size 35cm/40/45/50 (Mine is 40cm, my height 5'10'')

Strength:

Price compared to features.
Frame rigidity.
Decent Components.

Weakness:

Maybe it's just me, but the standard Specialized tyres that came with the bike sucked - badly.
Cheapo grips.

Value for money really makes this bike worth the cash. I got mine for $1900 Aus. And a swag of accessories thrown in at cost.
It's almost there, but not quite.
