Fits very comfortably and conforms to your person, you really forget its there. You can actually fell the cool water on your back but @ the same time the water stays very cold the entire day, water has never gotten warm or even close! Many large pockets to hold whatever you need for a long day of MTBiking. Durbality of the pack is over the top after the spills I've endured it gets an A+!

Haven't found any! If I wanted to be really picky I would say that the water in the clear part of the tube gets warm after 10 to 15 min. in the heat of the day, but so does all the others as far as i know?

Great Pack! Worth every penny, Durable, Comfortable, Lots of room for long rides, and most important....Keeps Water Very Cold for long periods of time!!!

This pack is comfortable, the pockets and compartments are laid out in a very smart and convenient way, it's built very well with solid material and stitching. The hip belt is the right thickness for a pack of this type, and has convenient slip pockets for small items. The big 18 has got room enough for most any day ride and then some.

Black color option would be nice. Wet climate riders might miss having a rain cover built in, but every one of those I've tried out kinda sucked anyway.

I used a really good Northface Hammerhead until it was just about worn out...fit well, good storage options, really like the magnetic hose keeper.... but it was time for something new, and I commute everyday by mountain bike so I needed something with serious capacity, but that wouldn't feel like a big loose floppy daypack with small loads. The Camelbak HAWG NV looked like the ticket, and the back panel still looks like the best for staying cool in our extreme heat, however the Osprey line came along, and they have raised the bar for every cycling pack maker. No detail was overlooked, and pretty much every aspect of the design is a serious evolution beyond the competitions offerings. I don't know why it took so long for one of the old school backpack makers to jump into the cycling hydration pack game, but Osprey has, and the technical features, load support, fit, internal structure, and bladder design make everything else look dated. This bag has every sort of storage option imaginable (including a big stuff-it area between the main compartment and smaller outer compartment, good tool and small item organization, and cool unobtrusive stretchy pockets on the waist strap. It's relatively narrow on your back for the amount of storage capacity....that coupled with the back panel design and perforated straps makes it cool and well ventilated. The helmet holder is simple brilliance. It's even got freakin load lifter straps and internal stucture like a proper backpack. The smaller ones in the lineup look sweet too, and for a general riding pack that could handle epics with jacket, lunch, tools, etc, the 14 is probably the ticket, but if you need massive capacity the 18 has it without penalizing for it. I could go on and on, but as far as I'm concerned, there is no other bike pack now....only Osprey.

Excellent construction, magnet holds water tube instead of clip (so much better) Has a firm back panel so when reservoir is full the pack keeps the same shape on your back. Very comfortable and the pack has a place for everything you bring on the trail.

Only suggestion is more color options.

Pack is so much better than anything else I have used. I have been searching for something that keeps its shape once there is 3L of water in it and this pack fits that bill. Couldn't be happier, nice work Osprey.
