Demoed one at 24 Hours in the Canyon and it worked flawlessly. I really appreciated how easy it was to mount and how little it weighed. You kinda forget it's there.

Nice Product. I have two of these, one on my helmet and one on my handlebars. My brother also runs one on his helmet.

Customer service. This guy seems to just skip out of town whenever he wants a break. I'm thinking I have zero warranty because this doesn't seem like a truly valid business.

I would avoid this light due to the poor business practices of Trailled.

During the 10 hours this light worked it was as bright as advertised.

Very simple helmet mount kit. Extremely poor quality LEDs were used, spot only lasted 10 hours or so max. Zero customer service.

EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I sent the light in for repair in Auguest. They told me they would be working on it later that week. Two weeks later I sent an email, no reply...I sent an email, or two, every week for the next 6 weeks & finally they replied. In that email they said they'd be senting it out by that Friday....It was mailed out the following Tuesday. To me the bottom line when dealing with anyone is communication, I got nothing from these guys.
