Strength:

Useful light output for commuting [R4 was not bright enough] battery can also be paired up with Hope's District rear light. Battery easily lasts all week on a 20mile a day commute. Also the low battery warning allows you enough time to get to your destination before completely dying [unlike some other lights I have used]. Light output useful although don't use brightest setting. Quality of of light and battery is pretty faultless, and unlike cheap asian imports you have a great sales back up if you have problems.

Weakness:

Battery is a bit weighty, also expensive if bought a RRP but seems to be available much cheaper on many internet sites. I think the flash mode is a little bright for road cycling.

Probably a bit heavy for a road bike although the performance of the battery and light make up for this, I would rather have a reliable poweful light and gain a bit of extra weight.
Great light
