Top notch service that can't be touched by any other shop in town. The owner took time out of his busy schedule to take me on a two hr mtn bike ride to experience some single track and dial in my bike.

Excellent customer support period. The owner Aaron G. is a pro mechanic and knows exactly how to dial a bike's drivetrain. The Hub carries high end products and supports local and tourist's biking needs both road and mtn. Aaron even took time out of his busy schedule to take me on a mtn bike ride since I was visiting town and not sure of where to go. If all bike shops had this type of mentallity they would be selling much more product.
