Great shop with tons of inventory

My first time there they gave me a tour of both buildings,which wasn't expected and I thought was very cool. They have bike servicing classes they put on to teach you how to work on your bike. I know they do a lot of on line orders and custom wheel builds and their inventory proves it.

Very poor customer service after online order, takes forever to respond to email. No voicemail. Will never get my business again.

Ordered a stem and it shipped out the same day. Received it in 2 days priority mail half way across the country. When I called to inquire about the stem and some inconsistencies in the item description the rep was helpful and friendly. He did some research and called right back. No problems. Highly recommend them.

A long standing bike shop tht has been through family generations. The shop has grown through the years and they have just about everything. Don't assume what you se in the shop is it- they have tons of stuff in the basement, upstairs, and across the street in a huge warehouse! Whatever you need- they most likely have, or they will get it fast. This shop has a great standing with many avid cyclists. Once you shop here- you will not shop anywhere else again. I strongly suggest stopping in if you have not yet.

Shop employees are knowledgable and willing to help. They are not in a rush- they spend time with you if needed. They will go the extra mile to make you happy.
