Be patient, they are well worth it.

The first time I arrived, Ben spent 2.5 hours helping me find a bike that fits me. I have been back to purchase one for my wife. Both kids have stopped in and purchased. I just bought a new 2010 Hard Rock 29er. Life time tune ups and full warranties on what they sell. I have also returned to pick Pawlee and Josh's mind as far as updates and custom pieces for my bike. They will stop everything to get you an answer. First class help from a bunch of first class guys.
