I visited this shop on a business trip to the Green Bay area, and was impressed. The location is convenient, and adjacent to a great local paved bike trail. The shop encouraged my to take one of their demo bikes on a long ride, and I mean lonnnnng. Also, there is a very large selection of new and used bikes to choose from.

Customer Service

The staff was helpful. Not all the sales team are bike experts, but they are all friendly. Also, I had a purchase shipped to Maryland from the shop in Wisconsin. Although it took longer to arrive than committed (due to a late start), it arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, and insured.

I've been coming to this shop for a few years now, and they have always been super helpful and very professional with their service and sales. They're the only shop in the area that also sells used components and bikes, so if you're on a budget they will always work with you.
