I dont know why, especially since I just said good stuff about this shop above, but I can stand going to this shop. I have been around mountain biking long enough to know when things are a little over priced, and these guys definitely are over priced on some of their merchandise.

I called in one day because I needed my crank removed, and they said it would have to get in line with all the other repairs and take up to a week and a half. Just for a crank to be removed! I eventually just bought a crank puller.

I dont know, its a good shop, but I refuse to shop there. I drive 30 minutes the other direction to go to Just the Right Gear.

The guys at are very nice but unfortunately they are over priced and repairs take forever. $40 + tax for a standard Shimano chain is too much. Every repair big or small takes at least 2 weeks. I've tried to give them several opportunities because they are only a mile from my house but I get disappointed every time I go there. I'll continue to drive 20 minutes or more for better pricing and faster service from other bike shops.

Excellent customer service,had a buddy that had a couple problems with a bike be had bought, they went above and beyond the norm. I made a comment to the owner about what they had done and he said it was the fair thing to do, that's great customer service.

When I walked in I was surprised at the amount of bikes on display. Shop was very neat,clean and layed out nicely.

I only stopped in with some basic questions and a need for a chain tool. The person who helped me quickly grabbed several tools and covere each ones pros and cons thoroughly. I found them to be very helpful.

I have bought all my bikes from Cardinal.All the guys are very helpful.The service is great and if you buy from them you can trade it in.They also don"t try to over sell you.

Everybody there is friendly.

Good selection of bikes and clean shop but don't expect them to discount any of there stickered prices. Went to Blackwater (forrest, va.) and saved 125.00.
The owner is very nice and easy to talk to so I really regret not buying there but they didn't seem to want to earn my business like Blackwater.

Large well stocked showroom. If they don't have they can usually get it. Plenty of parking off main highway.

Customer service is great. I carry my stumpie in my tractor-trailer while traveling all over the US and often call them for advice on repairs and order parts. They have always been a great help.

This is the best bike shop I know of in SW VA. Good selection, quality service, and reasonable pricing.
