Awful. Sent in a simple shift lever, and it took them 2 and a half months to get it back to me, and charged me $125. Even after I got it back, the lever had been put back together incorrectly, and when I asked them to fix it, they charged me an additional $25.

This shop is ridiculously expensive, has awful turnaround times, and awful customer service. As I was leaving the shop, I heard them having a conversation with another customer. THey had thrown the customer's bike away because he had not come to pick it up within the allotted period. They are completely money-driven and care nothing for the experience of the customer.

I find the staff aloof and a little rude. I think it is because I don't look the part since I am a little overweight and middle aged. My son is tall and lanky and they flock to help him. Not sure why?

Greater emphasis on road products than mtn, but a shop that was fun to look around in. Nice selection of parts and accessories as well, both functionial and flash with prices on par with most other shops.

Fantastic. Very accomodating on the phone and more so once I got there. One day turn-around, knowledgeable mechanics and owner who were approachable and easy to talk with. The work they did was super clean and professional. Took my bike in to swap out cranksets after another shop had stripped out the threads in the nds arm. While the labor rates were higher b/c the extra amount of time required, they didn't jack up the labor costs with "chain installation" and "pedal installation" as they've done at other shops. Much better than expected.
