Shop is small but has a decent inventory. I was referred there from their larger shop on Granby St to demo a bike. Parking is behind the building and is VERY limited street side.

Amazing!! The staff were extremely friendly and bent over backward to help me get a good look/feel of the bike i was looking at. They dialed it in for my weight and height before i took it on a test ride and were there with smiles on their faces when i brought it back in. They have sold me on LBS support. They won a customer that day for sure.

I only gave them a 4 on expertise because of my lack of tech questions to them. They guy that did the bike setup for me (I think his name was Chris) was great to answer any questions i had about the bike.

East Coast was convenient which prompted my first visit.I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanics were very through and performed only the necessary repairs. They did make suggestions for preventative maint.This shop was also supportive of The EVMA.
