Great shop. Danny is a nice guy who actually cares about his customers. He takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you get the right bike for the right job. He didn't try to "up sell" me a more expensive bike that I really don't need. He didn't have the bike i wanted so he ordered it and he called right after it came in at 0800 in the morning so I could come in and watch him put it together. The shop was empty so we were just talking while he set the bike up for me. Getting a $1000 bike for $800 was nice as well. (last years model and a 10% discount for fire and rescue, police, and active military)

Danny (owner/operator) has over 20 yrs. experience in bikes and believe me the man knows his stuff. there is a no pressure approach and it seemed to me hes more interested in setting you up with the RIGHT equip and not the most expensive which I thought was really cool. He practices the long lost art of conversation and is quick to invite you on some rides that they put together. I've been to larger shops and felt they were kind of "snobbish" glad thats not the case at Bull Run Bikes, they have a customer for life.

Bull Run Bikes is flat out the sh*t!! Danny, the owner, takes time to find out what you need by using the long lost "art of conversation" he is genuinely interested in getting you into the right gear. I've been to a bigger chain store (name ryhmes with Dick's sporting goods) and got sold a bike that was not suited for me mainly so they could make a buck off of a novice. THAT IS NOT THE CASE at Bull Run Bikes, Danny was patient, and understanding and knows what he's talking about come to find out Dick's sold me a frame way too big for me and the wrong set up. After talking with Danny I bought a KHS and have been shredding up trails with the right fit bike. I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out!!! I won't go anywhere else B.R.B. has a customer for life.
