Located in downtown Fairfax, in a two story house. First floor is the repair area, second floor is the merchandise section and the third floor is very mysterious and dark. I do not want to know what goes on up there...probably some unholy rituals involving quick-release skewers and QBP catalogs...

Not too big, but not too small either. the merch. selection can be limited, but it's all very good quality. it's clear that an avid cyclist does the buying.

in addition to mtb and electric bike rentals, they carry Kona, redline and bianchi. i've seen some sweet soma builds in there as well. they also revamp and sell some used bikes last time i checked

Customer Service

Excellent. these guys are laid back, but professional. Very knowledgeable as well. This is the kind of shop you can go into to check a bike in, and leave an hour later after talking and laughing with the staff.
