The customer service is great. I just purchased a second bike there for my wife. They are very easy to deal with and very honest. Not pushy at all. They will fit you correctly and will not lie to you about anything. They show you everything on the computer if you dont like what they have in the shop or are looking for something cheaper. They are expert mechanics. They will help you with any problem you have with your bike and will answer your questions.

This shop hold rides and no matter if you get a bike from them or not they will welcome you with open arms. I have been to every bike shop in the hampton roads area. And there were only 2 others that can come close to this one but no cigar. Thanks for making me feel comfortable allaboutbikes.
