Great shop, evreybody always goes out of their way to help. Biggest selection of real mountain bikes in the area and prices cannot be beat. Absolutely love this store. Don't know how it could ever get a bad review!

Was there once, looking for an entry level bike, customer service was horrible. I ended up going to Blue Ridge Cyclery, theres a great group of guys to deal with.

the worst I have ever encountered. Went in with a problem with a disk brake, the first guy told me to come back later, the owner had to deal with it. Would not even let me leave the bike to get the work done, told me there was "no space to put it." came back to the "owner" he refused to do anything with it. Said it was out of warranty....and I was not even looking for warranty...I needed a bleed of the system, that was it, and I was not asking for free. I hear that even most of their race team refuses to use the shop....that is how bad the service is.
