One of the only shops in the area that is a dealer for Scott and Santa Cruz bikes which are a couple of the best mid-to-high-end brands. Their regular prices for bikes and accessories are reasonable for a shop and they are good about offering discounts if you are going to be making a large purchase. Parking is tight in front of store but there is more available around the back. If you need new plastic pedals for your Next bike you bought at Walmart you might want to find another shop more on that level, but if you actually want something decent they have a good selection and can order TONS more stuff that they don't have there on the floor.

Customer Service

Everyone I have talked to there has been very pleasant. I recently called shortly before closing on a Sunday and the guy I talked to did not rush me or give me any attitude, even when I told him that I was mostly just looking around trying to get an idea of their price/availability of a couple specific models that I was interested in. Most places will pretty much ignore you or brush you off if you tell them you are just looking, especially when it's about time to close shop and head home. I have seen other reviewers that have said they are very rude or just weird there; most of them strike me as either a bit off or intentionally false (maybe another bike shop in the area is trying to sabotage their rep, that kinda crap unfortunately happens a lot). They were very low pressure, offered me a fantastic deal on a closeout bike, and were very cool about letting me pay about 2/3 up front and holding bike for about a week until I could come in with the rest of the money and pick up bike, since the chances of it still being available when I had the cash were about nil. I have also walked into store a couple times and poked around, never had any issues

I went in to this shop after a few phone calls around town and these folks were the most helpful without telling me to just come in to the shop. I was really just looking and came across some good model closeouts that had me on the fence one bike that caught my eye was about $100 out of my price range. After talking for about an hour and looking at every bike I thought was nice I told the employee I'd like to sit on a few and of course he took them right off the rack for me. I told him which one I liked to best for fit and comfort and he asked me if it was something in my price range I told him it was about $100 out of it (it was already marked down) and he said no problem do you need any accessories!

Customer Service

Presale was fantastic, I didn't feel pressured, felt like I was important through out the process even when I stated my intent was research and not purchase (a huge difference from a shop I had went to a few weeks prior where I was left by myself after I said I was just looking) All of my questions were answered by a knowledgeable individual who did not require google or any other web assistance.

Sale, after deciding to pick up my bike because the deal was too good to pass up I was told that whatever accessories I wanted were 25% off after I had picked them out!

Post Sale, even better then the first two stages, after my first .5 mile of my first ride (on pavement) my rederailer ate my chain (linkage malfunctioned), I called the shop and the seemed genuinely troubled my fluke misfortune, they asked if my rederailer was damaged and intended to fix everything that was damaged. I took the bike in good inspection by the mechanic determined that the rederailer was good to go and the manager instructed them to install a new and upgraded chain free of charge.

The front parking lot consist of 5 or 6 parking spots and can be a little nerve racking to turn into for a more timid driver (my wife was very concerned) but there is additional parking in the rear.

This shop has many higher end bikes however my first visit will be my last. I was met at the door by an emaciated bike shop employee that mumbled something and waved vaguely over his shoulder when I asked about grips. I asked a question about a seat post clamp and the one of the mechanics asked me if the bike was the same model as one behind the counter. I went to look and the other mechanic said to step back because his insurance did not cover customers. I replied that I would gladly step right out the door!

Customer Service

I have seen this type of customer service before. We refer to it as starving bike racers with an attitude who would really rather be out thrashing themselves or the competition. Good for them but I will look for my equipment elsewhere. I can't imagine actually buying a bike here!

Perhaps the other locations have some tolerable staff? Maybe they were having a bad month? Maybe business is so poor that they are about to fold? Also, the tiny parking lot is very tight
