I went into buy a tire with a friend. No one around, then finally a guy came out the back, and told us they are too busy and short on help and named a competitor to go to in another city. This Hermitage, TN Bike Pedlar is now OUT OF BUSINESS!

Great part of town. good open space. many good things, but some bad. shop not as open and accessible as others. doesn't often have deep stock, unless you want a REALLY expensive road bike (new model or not). seems like i see new faces, maybe high turnover. always pushing for nicer bikes, so i will assume they get paid with some commission.

Customer Service

i was in once and no one was around. found them behind the back wall in service shop. phone was ringing, customers wondering the sales floor, not enough help. they seemed to have no idea. it was frustrating.

BEST SHOP EVER PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!! Best bikes and Best people they encompass everything that is bikes.If bike shops were ketchups they would be the Heinz. It doesn't get any better than the Bike Pedlar
