Found most of their inventory to be way over priced. I was going to go buy a bike here but found a better model at a lower price in a bike store in Charlotte. Before you shop here look around you might find a better deal somewhere else.

Customer Service

Customer service was not that great. I was ready to buy a bike here but the salesman just sort of blew me off. He acted like he didn't want to sell it to me. Well I am glad he didn't I found a better model at a cheaper price somewhere else. I did however come back to buy a bottle holder for my bike but when I was checking out the dude starts talking on his cell phone to one of his friends. I won't come back here unless it's absolutely necessary.

A few years ago they built up my Litespeed Niota Ti, couldnt have been more pleased with their knowledge and how fast they were able to have it ready. Great shop, I dont live in Columbia anymore, but will stop anytime I'm in columbia and need anything bike related!

This shop is great. I have into road cycling for a while, but recently added mountain biking to my list of interests. I was nervous about going into the shop without knowing much about the tech of mountain biking. The guys at the shop were awesome. They walked me through everything that I needed to get started. They were honest and not pushy about sales. They were flexible with me on price so I didn't feel like I was being taken like you do at a car dealership. Because I bought my new Rockhopper Comp Disc at Outspokin' they will do free tune-ups for the life on the bike.

Customer Service

The mechanics and sales people were very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner, Brian, even came out to talk with me and he ordered the bike for me. It is great to see the shop owner take pride in his shop and participate in assisting customers.

I just happened to walk into the shop when they were having a big weekend party. The had an obstacle course setup outside and even gave me a FREE BEER while I was shopping around and talking with the sales people. You can't beat that with a stick!
