Life Cycle is an amazing shop. It is passion, excellence and joy all available in one place. Every person who works there is an integral component to the overall ride, just like my R3. Customer Service My bike is always fixed the first time. They know and remember my bike. So fast and quick, I rarely wait more than a day. These guys will go the extra mile to hook you up. My 2000 Stinky needed a pivot bearing that Kona stopped making. The guys at Life Cycle convinced Kona to step it up and machine a one off for my bike to keep it rolling. Many times I roll in there in need of a quick adjust and they knock it out quickly cause they know we need to get out on the trails fast. The whole shop team is all about the customer luv. The prices are fair, the service is quick and solid, no worries. Take it in, tell um what ya need, they do it fast, go ride. Wish all relationships were this simple.. Customer Service Beaughtchin! Similar Products Used: They're local dudes, they ride, they get it, the deserve the support cause they're earnin in. |

As others have said, new shop on the Eugene scene. Small shop atmosphere with attention to customer service. Very noob friendly. Customer Service After some bad experiences as a noob rider on GF Cobia 29r, I was encouraged by a fellow rider to look up Gilad (owner)for some fitting. Great experience, lots of info, and the end result is a bike that fits ME. Wish I had looked these guyz up before I made my purchase initially as I probably would have ended up with a bike that really fit. Roadie or Off-Road, these folks do it all with a passion. |

Eugene's newest great bike shop. Eugene is blessed with a number of well established bike shops. Life Cycle comes into town and has created a dynamic unique setting. They have done this with the personal touch of the owners and staff. Gilad, and Justin, the co-owners are both great guys and bring a lot of energy. Then there is Geoff, who must have been born on a bike to have gained as much knowledge and expertise. Levi is the newest staff member and he also bring many years of experience and tech. They have been sponsoring the U of O team, and encouraging the next generation of bikers. This brings a vibrant and lively atomosphere with numerous young riders. They have professional bike racing experience that they openly share as they banter the days rides. If you want a personal touch from the a shop where the owners and staff have a true passion for bikes this is the place. Customer Service Excellent, since it's a new shop they are not overstocked with parts and bikes. However they make every effort to get my bike out on the trail ASAP. They are always willing to sell the top end component, however they are quick to point out why the next level down is perfectly acceptable and quite offen significanly less expensive. They are doing a lot to allow new riders opportuniies to volunteer in the shop, and these folks are alway open and willing to help. Similar Products Used: I love this shop. |

Great shop, knowledgable crew, excellent service. The guys that own and run it ride road, cross, free ride, cross country and downhill. They know what they're talking about and have tons of information on local trails and everything else Eugene has to offer. I've ridden with both and they're exceptional in every regard. It's a good investment supporting young locals that love to ride and give back to the trails, community and bike culture and it's cool that they're going for it and doing something they've drempt of, believe in and are willing to take the big risk for. Check them out, you'll be impressed. They're knowledge base is deep and they're honest. Customer Service Good stuff. Similar Products Used: Quality. |

I had never noticed this shop there before. It's a rather small shop with a small upstairs area that appeared to be road bikes. They could use some better signage out front because I drove by the first time around because I didn't see their sign on the front window as I drove by. Customer Service I dealt with Gilad, the owner. He was very patient with me since I really wasn't sure what kind of bike I was looking for. He wasn't pushy to sell me a bike and get me out of there like some of the other shops I had gone to. I told him that I was on an extremely low budget since I hadn't ridden a bike for over 20 years and that there was no way I could afford a $1,500 bike. He stayed with me, answering questions, until I finally got it narrowed down to two different bikes, both Konas. I didn't buy that day and told him that I would probabaly be back the next day after I had done some research. After I had done so, I came back the next day and bought the one I wanted. I would definitely buy another bike from them. Similar Products Used: They seem to be very willing to make any adjustments you need in the first year that you have the bike for free. Gilad told me that if I'm out riding and hear the bike making any noise that I'm not used to to bring it in and they would look at it. So, very good service so far. |
