FullCycles.com is an on-line store that sells bicycle products. It is now owned and operated by Full Cycle of Boulder, Co., a retail bike store with at least two locations. It was sold to Full Cycle within the last year I think.
Customer Service 7/23/2010: I purchased on-line a pair of mountain bike tires. The site reads, "We ship primarily with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground services and most products leave our shop within 1 business day of your order."
Similar Products Used: At least on the on-line sales side these guys don's seem to be the most honest vendors. I do not recommend buying on-line from them. |

Yes, I received the classic "bait and switch" treatment from Full Cycles when I stopped in to buy a Shimano "Hone" crankset. Yes, I drove 200 miles for nothing. Thanks again for NOTHING Full Cycles. Customer Service The above comments apply |

I have not been in the shop, but have ordered from their website. I had some questions, so I actually placed my order over the phone. Great selection (call and they have an even larger selection than on their website). Customer Service They are top notch. They are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable on the phone. Similar Products Used: I would, and have, recommend this shops to friends. They have some great deals on parts and they have been readily available to answer questions via phone. |

Have only used the online store, never been to the physical location. Customer Service Poor. Ordered a set of wheels. The site showed them in stock and charged my card. Selected 3-day select shipping because I needed them soon.

I have never been to the shop I was looking for a deal on the internet and found Full Cycles. I just bought one of there yeti 575 demo bikes. I talked with Will on the phone he answered all my questions and soothed my anxiety of buy a used bike. He told me the bike would be to my house in seven days. it was there right when he said that it would. they put the heavier spring in the vanilla shock. The bike looks like it is brand new, not a scratch no dirt. I know that they put new tires and grips on it but I could swear that they put new rims and seat on also. I ordered a couple of other Items also everthing was exactly as I ordered. I like to deal with my local shops but the service and prices that I got beat the tar out of my local shops. Customer Service Out of this world. Similar Products Used: I won't hesitate to do business with them again. |

This review is for the Full Cycle online store. I found them doing a price seach on Google. Bought a NiteRider MiNewt X2 headlamp for the best price I've seen anywhere, even with shipping.
Customer Service Somehow, they managed to mail the light from Oregon to Pennsylvania on Columbus day. Monday was a federal holiday, so they shipped it Tuesday. I figured it would arrive Friday...it arrived Wednesday. Amazing.

I've never been to the actual shop but I purchased a new Yeti model through Full Cycles. Communication level from staff was fantastic. In fact, it was probably easier and faster to get information from Full Cycles than from my local shop. Customer Service Excellent. Will and his staff provide absolutely top-notch service. They are fast, knowledgeable and beat every other price quote I received from local shops. I am normally a big advocate of shopping local but all my local shops wanted to nickel and dime me on swap-out parts for a custom build. Full cycles did it and came close to the price of a factory spec'ed bike. The build time was miniscule and I received the bike less than a week after order. I would recommend these guys to anyone. |

Never been to the shop, found them on the internet and wanted to support a local shop. Big mistake. Customer Service Liars!!!!! Tried to buy a set of wheels. Even after a phone call, email and notes attached to the purchase to confirm the correct ones were coming, they shipped the wrong set. Notified them a week ago and they still can't seem to get the right ones out. Good thing I took a weeks vacation to do some riding. Talked to flunkies, the manager, they all give a different story. I would give them a zero rating, but they need at least one flaming turd to know how much these guys suck. |
