Shop is alright, they have a bunch of bikes, trek and giant only though. They have limited supplies in their shop and will most likely have to order something for you, so go somewhere like Buchanan Bikes in Campus Corner or 405 bikes up in Moore. I just purchased a $1200.00 used bike from bikeone in Norman and was assured that everything was fine as well as that they had just overhauled the front fork. I am getting ready to go on a week long ride in the Ozarks and decided to get the bike looked at before I left because it was used. I was informed about thirty minutes later of everything that is wrong with this bike that bikeone assured to me was fine! The new overhauled fork was put back together incorrectly, which could in the end ruin the $800 fork. The back wheel set is the worst though. It has a six in crack straight down the middle of it, that bikeone obviously new about since the inside of the rim was duct taped to hide the crack. I made this known to the people at bikeone and all they offered me was 20% off my next purchase. I will never give them my business. I feel cheated and lied too, I feel it is my duty to warm people, that if they do end up shopping here to make sure to look over everything they buy before walking out of their shop, because anything you leave with, you are stuck with. I am also filing a complaint to the better business bureau after this. Customer Service Horrible, from right when you enter the shop, you feel like you are invisible, you are never greeted, asked if you would like help, or if you are there for any purpose at all. You are deemed unimportant by everyone that works there until you stare at them behind their work bench located in the middle of the shop. I have probably walked around Bikeone for at least 30 min without being greeted, without even being noticed. Similar Products Used: I hope that everyone who considers going to this shop thinks twice and goes to Buchanan Bikes or 405 bikes, heck even go to Al's bikes! |

Well I end up buying a bike , but was the only one that I got to try. I drove almost two hrs one way to get here is one resin I bought a bike.
Similar Products Used: After about three weeks the seat rails bent on the bike, talk to them on the phone and said they could work some thing out or even warranty it but after I drove up there again they said they could not do any thing and had to buy another seat'. I wont be making that trip again. I will look for another place !! |

These guys live bikes they ride regularly and it shows. The overall selection is good. Anywhere from kids bikes to highend top of the line. They know mountain biking well and I've been happy with all of the advice I've received on my purchases. Iv'e bought 4 MTBs from them over the last 4 years. Customer Service Best customer service in town by far. I have a Giant Reign O and a Trance XO which I crash regularly and they always have time for a quick tune up or repair to keep me on the trail. They will not try to sell you anything unnecessarily just to make a buck. I've asked about upgrades before and have been advised to keep the component I have, unlike other shops which jump at the opportunity to sell you a higher priced part. |

Visited the Norman Location. Average bike store. Customer Service I didn't need any help, but none was offered either. Similar Products Used: The selection of bikes does not fit the area. A lot a high end bikes and Full Suspension which, in my opinion, is not needed in Oklahoma. Pricing is not competitive. Not one singlespeed in the shop and way too many Giants. yuck! |
