The shop is filled with nice people who want to help but dont always get it done right. They have a nice range of products and the prices are on par with other bike shops but a lot of folks lack the knowledge to give you the info you need to make the right decision.

I bought a Gary Fisher Mamba 29ers back in 2009 from this store when it was on Hamilton Road. After about 4 months I ended up having to replace the whole drive train because they kept puting on new parts that weren't compatible with the old, but they never told me the first component I replaced (rear derallieur X3 or 5 to X-9) because the stock one failed wasn't compatible with the rest of the drive training. Needless to say I slowly had to replace rear drive training with 9 ring set up instead of the stock 6, replace front drive train, cranks and rings and deraiuler because spacing was issue. They tried to charge me for labor the entire time. I eventually after speaking with a mgr paid cost for new cranks and nothing for the install. Bottom line, spent about $300-$400 on labor that if they had said at the begining hey, the X-9 isn't compatible I wouldn't have waited 3-4 months trying to figure out what the issue was and spending hundreds.

I have been going to these guys for years, and they have always been very knowledgable and professional.
