Looks like a good selection of bikes.

Customer Service

Will never go back, even if there is a great deal on a bike. Apathetic sales person was not interested in selling my wife and I bikes. Did not seem knowledgeable nor did he really care to explain anything to us. He seemed more interested in getting us out of the store. We will be buying bikes at another dealer about 2 miles down the road, will cost us more but this other store and the sales people are much better.

Pretty big shop, but staff is useless. All I wanted was some TriFlow and they gave me a 10 minute hassle about how what I really want is White Lightning (which in fact is not what I really want). Even Performance is better than this place, and I think we all know they only hire Burger King rejects.

If you live anywhere in the cleveland area, save your money and head over to lakewood and go to spin cycles. Eddy's is overpriced and the staff is a group of young faced d.b's. I was looking at bikes to buy for my wife and I, it seems I was an inconvenience to them when I asked if we could take em out for a ride. Not to mention they were more expensive than everyone!!!! charge msrp to the websites!!!!! Overall rating is a 3, only because they do have a crap ton of bikes to look at. My advice to people out there is to go there, give them a bunch of crap, test ride their bikes and then go home and order from online or another bike store that is more deserving.

Customer Service

bad, bad, bad. They need to hire someone that has hit puberty!

I have bought bikes from this shop for over 20 years - back when they also sold cheese at the shop (not kidding). The sales help has varied - I shopped for a bike last year and the first sales person was completely incompetent. But then Jim Jr. took over (owner's son) and I was extremely pleased with the service. He really knows bikes and carefully fitted me to my bike and gave me a lot of advice. The price was fair and I left with a very nice road bike. More recently I have been shopping for a mountain bike and I have received the same care. I can tell the sales person is really into mountain biking and he copares what I am looking at to what he personaly owns. So I have been very pleased with Eddy's over the years.

Customer Service

I would rate the service as pricey, but very competent. I particularly like that instead of fixing my bike the mechanic will show me how to do it and then sell me the tools at less than it would have cost for him to do it. They also have classes so you can learn to work on your own bike.

Except for the one bumbling sales person I had last year, everyone I have dealt with at Eddy's is very nice and knowledgeable. I think they fired that person right after I interacted with him as I didn't see him there any more.

This shop will sell you anything you need to shred the trails! The folks seem polite and helpfull to anybody with a thick wallet and no need for long term service.

Customer Service

DO NOT TAKE YOU'RE BIKE HERE FOR ANY REASON!!! If you like you're ride learn how to fix it your self.

Eddy's is a fantastic shop! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. The atmosphere is very laid back and they knows their bikes! The bike selection is amazing and they are willing to bring in any bike, if for some strange reason they don't have it.

Customer Service

The customer service is always awesome. I am always kindly greeted as I walk in the door and help is offered. The fits at Eddys are perfect. The employee's clearly know bikes and it shows through their customer service.

Eddy's is clearly the best shop in Northeast Ohio. I have bought all of my bikes from them and will continue to do so in the future.

Nice shop, very neat with a good selection of bikes, their prices were a bit high, and i was talked to like a child that just had his training wheels removed (im 17).

Customer Service

The service is ok, but i rarely get the help i need when im there.

Basic repairs were extremely over prices and there tune ups and really not worth what they cost.

Nice selection of bike that are put together with the same care as Wal-Mart bikes. They offer a pro fitting of bike which consists of a teenager saying “yup looks about right”. While they offer warranties they will argue that you bike is just fine even if you know it isn’t. The prices they have are the highest I have seen. They are the biggest and far from the best. There repair work is marginal at best. Consider yourself lucky if they do not damage your bike.

I found this shop lacking when I was shopping for a bike. Getting a test ride was harder than it should have been. They were willing to bring in any bike I wanted to try (which was nice), but I was not impressed with their efforts to fit the bike to me. They carry some high-quality bikes -- I was looking at the GF mountain bikes.

On the plus side, I've had good experience with their service. They changed a brake rotor for me for $4 and did it on the spot. They're also knowledgable about bike repairs and have done a nice job on maintenance for me. Maybe I just got a salesperson on a bad day . . . cost them a sale, but maybe next time I need a bike, their service will bring me back.
