I came to this shop on a whim about a week after having purchased my Q-620 from another LBS to look around and also see if they could figure out why my brakes felt loose or kinda mushy. I was immediately approached by the MTB expert who noticed my bike and became engrossed in conversation about my brakes and possible solutions. My problem was addressed free of charge and we discussed upgrades and the like. When I decided to upgrage the price, quality and turn around time could not be beat. The MTB expert worked after hours to complete my upgrades by my Sunday morning ride. Being relatively new I was more than willing to take in the advice from the obviously very experienced rider who was working on my bike. When you buy from this shop you don't just get the best price but you walk away a better rider whether you actually rode at the shop or just listened to the trail hardened advice from the staff.
