I first walked in and was overwhelmed at the inventory and size of the shop, but soon found myself in a very comfortable atmosphere.

Customer Service

I was greeted very promptly and was directed to what i was looking for, but not left alone to fend for myself. The store has a very knowledgable staff and fair pricing.

I had an interesting experience at this store. I am new to cycling and went there to buy my first road bike. I knew what bike I wanted but did not know what size. The salesperson pulled a 56cm off the rack and said try this. I stood over the top tube and had maybe an inch clearance and then she said, "you should have a couple inches of clearance.......with shoes on." Not knowing anything at the time about sizing or fitting I thought, ok this must be alright. I rode it around the parking lot a few times and the salesperson then asked, "how does it feel?" which I responded, "good, I guess but I dont know how it's supposed to feel." Ended up going with this bike. Then asked about shoes and pedals with she actually asked for help from someone else and the other person explained this well to me and helped me out. Then when I picked out a set of pedals, I asked the unhelpful salesperson, "the pedals come with cleats?" which she responded, "no, you have to buy them separate." Then the maintenance guy showed her the cleats which come with the pedals. After a few months of riding and talking with some friends who know about biking, I determined this bike was too big for me. I went back and talked with a manager who said they could not do anything for me expect do a fit to the bike and make adjustments accordingly, which they would charge per hour rather than the full price of a fit. Needless to say, I got fitted and the bike still wasn't comfortable. So I paid aoub $2k for my bike, shoes, pedals, aerobars, and then had to pay another $50 for a fit which still didnt fix the problem. A few months before I went and bought my bike my wife bought her bike there and they basically did the same process of fitting her. No measuring or anything. I definitely would not suggest going to this store or the other trek store in columbus as they have the same owner. Just by talking to the folks in the dublin store, it seemed the other trek store in columbus operates the same way; once you buy something, sale is final.

Customer Service

Please read above experience. As you can see customer serice is absolutely horrible. If you know what you want and are knowledgeable about cycling then you may be alright going to this store. I would not ask them any questions because they are more interested in the sale rather than ensuring their customers are happy and getting what they want.
