Great looking shop with a good selection - they also have five total locations in the area (and northern Kentucky) so they have the stock to back it up. What they don't have they have no problem getting.

Customer Service

Great customer service. There is always someone on staff that is knowledgeable and can help you out with any questions. Being one of the bigger shops in the area catering to many customers, they usually have a few younger local kids on staff with varying degrees of experience - but there are always a few 'seasoned veterans' who know more about the products and industry then you would probably ever need to.

Their service center is excellent and mechanics can't be beat. The turn-around on repairs can get a little long during peak season - but I've never seen a shop that doesn't.

Highly recommended. The Montgomery location is the first and main store (although I think it is one of the smaller of the five). I have visited the other four at least once each and have had good experiences there too.
