I purchased 3 bikes from these guys in consecutive years, '97, '98, '99. They've always been of great assistance, offer top notch service, and have good prices. I haven't been there in years, but I trust the service now is just as good as it was then. Great people to do business with.

It wasn't my first time there, but the service seems to have gotten worse! I previously had visited this store and I had to wait a while before I was helped, but this last time was inexcusable. i was at the downstairs counter for 20 minutes with 2 employees in the shop and one on the showroom floor with a customer. i can understand the employee with the customer not wanting to walk away from a possible sale...but still could have at least acknowledged me...NOTHING! The 2 employees in the shop...NOTHING!
After being ignored for almost 20 minutes, I left and drove over to the Bike Loft on the other side of town where I was helped along with 3 other customers...BY THE SAME SALESPERSON!!
Never again that's for sure!
