The staff are very helpful, and the selection of road bikes and mountain bikes is plentiful. I was in buying a Ridley and the process from initially fitting to end fit was painless. Eric, the co-owner worked his magic and the bike feels like Ive been on it for years.

The shop is over priced and the sales team is not helpful. Save your self the trouble and go to julios in Chappaqua. much better service and prices. I have my bike tuned up at julio's before a long tour.

I purchased a bike at the shop in the summer of 2007. Part of the reason I purchased the bike here was due to the good service package that came with the bike (especially the 1 year free tune-up). I did not make it back to the shop during the summer of 2008; I returned in Januray of 2009 (the bike has been in storage for four months). I called and spoke with the shop about redeeming the 1 year tune up, and I was told they would "work with me" regarding the cost of the tune up. When I went to pick it up, I was charged the regular amount (minus the online coupon that is available to anyone that checks their website). I know that I did not bring in the bike at the one year point, however, I never expected that I would be charged the same price for a tune up that someone who walked in off of the street would be charged (minus the coupon available on their website). In the future, when looking for a bike, I'll likely take my business elsewhere.
