DESCRIPTION

First off, Hollyloft is just a cool looking store. It looks like a ski chalet, and it seems better suited in the Rocky Mountains than in Jamestown. However, the "cool factor" definitely goes to the people inside. Ever since I purchased by bike from Hollyloft, they have been there to answer my questions and help me out in any way possible. If I have a question while working on my bike, then I'll call them for an answer (within reason, of course). The service technician is Eric, and he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell that the people there love their job and they love biking (and skiing/snowboarding). I highly recommend this shop. The service and professionalism cannot be beat. Plus, the shop employs some really good people.
