I'm "back in the saddle" after many years, and this place had the exact bike I was looking for. I was told by a friend to skip all the other places on the Island and go directly to their shop...glad I did. They are very knowledgeable and helpful beyond belief... custom fitted my helmet, answered all my questions with a smile even helped me load my new bike into my car. As Arnold says... "I'll be back!"

This is a great shop no matter what you are looking for. If you are just getting started or you've been riding for years you'll definitely find what you are looking for at ACS. The guys that work there are real riders and definitely know their stuff. They also do shop rides which are a great opportunity to meet other people to ride with.

Adventure Cycles is the most welcoming and friendly shop I have ever been to.

The first time I was in the store it was obvious that the shop was owned by people who really love bikes and the outdoors.

The customer service and technical ability are outstanding.

The guys were great in helping me find a bike that suited my needs -- weekend riding and an occasional ride to work when weather permits. They suggested accessories that would be suitable, got me the kind of seat I wanted, and had the bike ready on schedule as promised.
They've been helpful and friendly any time my wife or I have stopped by.

This place is fairly new. Carlo and Tom are knowledgeable. They both ride (road and mountain). And the shop is really coming into it's own. They can get 12 riders for shop rides. And Tom feeds us. Stop in if you want a good deal or good/fast service.
