Small, full service bike shop. Road bikes, mountain bikes, adult and children's bikes. Great selection too.

Customer Service

I decided to purchase a top quality road bike.
Checked all area bike shops in Tarrytown, Hastings, Scarsdale, and decided on Endless Trails for my road bike purchase. Jason Cairo, one of the owners/operators was by far and away the most knowledgable about bicycles and was interested in the kind of riding I wanted to do before telling me about possible choices. No pressure, just a lot of enthusiasm and help. This was the tone of the shops employees, including Danny. They had my bike ready quickly, as ordered.
Highly recommend this shop!

This place is awesome. On a nice quiet shop lined street in Dobbs Ferry where it is relaxing to find a parking spot right out front and stroll right in. A mountain bikers shop with mountain bike mechanics (who aren't afraid to tear up a century either). Skateboards park bikes, road, comfort, hybrid, and all that stuff is there too. The vibe is excellent.

Customer Service

Second to none. None of the pretentiousness that seems to be common around these here parts. They are helpful, friendly and will invite you out on a ride. Classic style open shop door with young, good mechanics who are passionate about the gear and riding. Jason and Jason (the owners / wrenches) are savage riders who give the best deals in town. I have been absolutely bent over by a few other Westchester places for basic services. If you don't need it they won't charge you for it and they clean every bike that comes in for service.

I was introduced to the shop and one in Scarsdale by Harlem Brown, this cat knows his bike parts and people and told me to make my choice based on what my needs where financial and for piece of mind. I chose this one because the guy came across like someone who believed the customer is right. Unlike other shops he didn't put down my bike choice of talk behind other bike shops back, the talked the talk and walked the walk he has some candy and what he doesn't have he can order. His technical is definitely up there with his peer shops and he doesn't overcharge you for things, very comfortable place to be at.

Customer Service

I am also a Amateur, but have a degree. I like the other 2 reviewers do my research before going to a bike shop, so I know what I want and the pros and cons before the dealer tells me. The top of the line stuff in only a small part. Some of you out there should try this, get the all the facts on your product and then pick a couple of shops you like and ask them about the product you already did the research on including price, this guy passes with flying colors, which is rare because most dealer will push their product without considering what you want or can afford. Hope he is around for a long time because his shop is rare and necessary, and he is a great rider himself.

Amateurs are the ones keeping this sport growing, if new riders (amateurs) are not coming in those people calling themselves pros would find their sport dwindling down. You have loyalty to a dealer that's cool but not everyone can afford to be taken, somewhere along the line the biker should be satisfied with the product and the store. If we can't support each other those people who don't ride will take even more from us.

I agree with the other two reviews, a guy by the name of HarlemBrown told me about this one and one Scarsedale both he states are the best based on where your pockets are, I prefer this one because the guy is to me a better businessman. He doesn't put down other shops work or equipement. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't take you for a fool. Although he doesn't have all the big candy that other shops might have he defininitly listens to what you want and won't put your options down or the bike you are riding, what is that all about, that means alot. He can get whatever you need and follows through 100%.

Customer Service

I think I said it all in the Shop summary, but you be the judge go into other shops with some knowledge and then go into this one, see which shops tell you the truth and which ones try to sell there product at any cost.

I am an amatuer also to this mountainbiking but have a degree, I do alot of research and know a product well before I go and talk to a dealer, its surprising how many dealers think their consumers don't do research. We amatuers know the answer to questions before we go to a shop, especially with the fact that we are amateurs, so having alot of top quality stuff is only have of it, all you guys out there supporting a shop based on what they have are getting robbed, but keep supporting, someone has to be a fool.

Customer Service

Great customer service. He handled a warranty issue for me with no problem. He returns phone calls. Just bought a new bike from him and everything is good so far. Easy to talk to... He won't b.s. you.

Shop is smallest I have seen, and can easily be missed, but once inside a huge world is opened with big ideas and possibilities. The owner Ricky, is well versed in components and specs. He is also the best brake specialist I have seen in 2 years, doing it right the first time He doesn't pressure you, take you for a fool and is extremely accommodating . Does not sell substandard equipment, all quality parts. This shop is the biggest kept secret in Westchester and can match and surpass the other shops in the area in Customer Service, technical know how and excellent products . He rides and it shows in his commitment in assuring the customer gets the best service and bike to suit their individual needs. Possibly one of the reasons mountain biking in on the rise. Check him out first before going to the big boys, you'll easily see the difference and keep coming back.

Customer Service

A mountain bikers mechanic with respect for your individual needs of a bike. 99 percent of my friends who have went to him go to him based on this alone.

Check him out first or last but don't buy anything until you see his line of equipment and Customer Service, very refreshing and surprising.
