This is THE local "go-to" shop. But it is more than just that too! They have a knowledgeable, friendly, not overly-sales pushy staff that can help guide cyclists of just about all back grounds and abilities. They have a tremendous inventory of bikes and aftermarket equipment. Check them out! Customer Service NM Bike-n-Sports' customer service is very good. They are well organized and know their material. If they don't have it in stock, because BTI (parts distributor) is in town, they normally can get what you need in 2 days.

Very large shop with a lot of knowledgable workers. they offer so many different bikes here as well. you can buy anything from a three hundred dollar bike to a multi thousand dollar rig. they have everything here , lots of clothing, bikes, eats, lubes, locks...also have a good selection of shoes as well as a nice clipless shoe forming machine to form the shoe to your foot. no renters here though. Great shop in a good location. i bought my gary fisher ged from there and my girl bought her gary fisher marlin from there as well. Customer Service great customer service. they will let you try out any bike there and know the bike world very well. |

Went looking for a new bike and visited this shop after looking in the yellow pages. Very nice place, great selection, low sales pressure. I spent 2 hours checking out a lot of bikes. I am just getting back into riding after living in the Fl. Keys running boats for about 10 years. So long story short, I bought a new Jamis FS Dakar XC Expert. Really like the new bike and the staff at the shop were informed and very helpfull. Price was right and I gost 2 free tune ups and 10 % off accesories for the first year! All in all a very good experience. Customer Service Excellent! |

Good selection of gear. Service has been very spotty for me, however. Had to take a bike back twice becasue they just couldn't get the disc brakes working properly. And good luck finding a salesperson to help or advise you when it's more than just a little busy. They are too few of them.
