Small shop, not a lot of room to walk around but they do a great job of cramming as many bikes in there as they can. Because of their limited space, they don't have as many varieties of bikes as bigger stores might. Location is easy to get to and is easy to spot. Parking lot is relatively small too with only 6 or 7 spaces shared between their store and neighboring stores. They don't have a designated 'test ride' area, however there are sidewalks on both sides of the street for you to cruise up and down to get a feel for the bikes.

Customer Service

Customer service was excellent, the salesman that helped me out did a great job with suggesting a bike to fit my needs as a beginner trail rider, made sure it was fitted properly to my size, and was very curteous and laid back throughout the whole time I was there. When I decided on a bike he proceeded to help me with picking out and fitting a helment and also suggested certain accessories I might need for trail riding, but didn't pressure me into buying any of them which was nice. He even did his best to give me any coupons he could to lower the total cost of everything I was purchasing.

Just started getting into road biking they steered me in the right direction. Nothing to expensive nothing that wouldnt be worth while. They have continuously stood behind their products as well.
