Seems to have a good online store front. Looks nice, professional. Customer Service I purchased a bike from the store and they didnt give me all of the bike components (seriously). I ordered the bike online and live far away so couldn't visit the store. I emailed (politely) about 10 times and called and talked to the owner Jim (at least I think he is the owner). The first time he said he'd ship them out to me (then didn't). Next time said he'd ship them (then didnt), after that, he informed me that he didnt have any of the part in the store and wansnt going to ship them to me. Next time he just hung up. I emailed the dude politely many times asking for what I paid for, but he was unresponsive. I was seriously surprised because the reviews on this page are very good for him. Not sure what happened with my transaction, but my advice is to stay away. In all truthfulness, the part that I'm missing on my bike is only worth about 35 dollars, so no biggie, but on principle really gets under my skin. This kind of attitude to customers (that cant do anything about it because they are far away) shows what kind of a person the owner is. I guarantee if I lived in NJ, I would just walk in to the store and he'd pony up to what he should have delivered with the bike because it would be hard to be this big of a jerk in person. And there is my $.02. Keep away laddies and gents... keep away. |

Nice selection, knowledgeable staff, owners are always present. From what it looks like outside, it's a pretty big shop. Usually repairs are done while you wait (in and out within a half hour). The owners (Husband and wife) are very personable, and very nice. My sister purchased her bike there and the employee was running back and forth getting bikes for her to test ride, No pressure sales experience, the owner simply stated the pros and cons of each bike and let her decide. Reasonably priced on just about everything. AWESOME hours, they seem like they are always open, non of that closing at 5 crap, they are open till 8 every night but Wednesday (till 6) (cloesed Sundays), they do have limited hours in the winter (Wed thru Sat 11-6)which still isn't that bad. Customer Service Outstanding service, I am satisfied everytime I leave the shop. Family oriented store, like I said, no pressure store, very relaxed environment. I wish more bike shops were run like this one is. The owner actaully helped my put my bike on my rack in the rain one night. Similar Products Used: Give them a try, they will win you over.
