i don't know what is important for you: the shop location or how nice are people working there but for me important is service and important is that the owner is not a hypocrite who is ready to do everything to sale you bike or part. its your choice now if you support shops like this one or real shops

hi everyone this review is a warning.don't go there !!! i made that mistake want there to have du bushing replaced and of course they damaged my rear shock.what a joke pro bike shop used a hammer and socket instead 20$ tool.its ok i said sometimes bad things happened to good people , but the owner told me that my shock was already damaged before the service superstar touched it

If they don't have it, they'll try to get it and they'll match prices, even ebay's (within reason of course)

This shop was easily the best shop I visted when searching for my first Road Bike. I have been to several in search of what was right for me. John Russo (Owner of Cosmic Wheel), helped me pick out the Synapse 6 by Cannondale. I visited several other stores after meeting John just to see what other shops thought of this bike and other options for me, and as you can imagine, all other shops where trying to get rid of their stock and trying to make a sale. Very attentive, if you are patient with them, they will give you all the time you need. I visted this store 3 times before I purchased the Synapse 6. John was in no rush to make a sale, he let the bike speak for itself, he let me test ride it with no questions asked, a trust like no other. Even after I purchased the bike, John wanted me back a week later to tune it up, then again before my first triathlon to give it a final go over before the race. Any questions I had on the bike, they had the answer for. All of the staff is well knowledged not only in their own products, but competitors as well.

I will warn you now, if you are in a rush to purchase a bike, don't waste your time going here. Be patient. This place is always busy. Do your research before coming to this store, so you have a price, bike, and what you plan to use the bike for. This way it will help them pick the right bike for you. Good luck, and ride fast!

Great place - John and team have done an excellent job setting me up with parts and service. I have an older bike that did need some work over the past two years so i got a chance to see them in action. I am very happy with all of the repairs they have done.

They recently tuned up my bike and caught a very small kink in the rear derailer cable, they replaced the cable and housing - thier attention to that detail made vast improvement in the shifting performance of my bike along with a really great great tune.

They recommneded the right tires, stem, crank, etc.

My OEM aluminum straight bar was giving my elbow fits, they installed a carbon monkey bar, cut it to size, housings, new grips - they got it right - no more pain.

When my bottom bracket broke - they put an increased tooth, outside bearing, hollowtech crank set on my bike with new chain and cluster. They improved my bike - passing the cost/benifit test - at the time (as a novice) i was not sure what the right move was - but I can now look back and now know that thier advice was very sound.

The service they provide is amazing. I am a cross country rider and do a race on occasion and I love this place. The owner is very nice and is very competitive with the pricing. I really like the people and spend a lot of time there just talking about bikes. The employees really know what they are talking about and will help you buy a bike that will suit your needs. I never felt like they were selling a bike just for the sake for getting rid of their stock like most bike shops. Many of the people that go to this shop have been going there for years and some people travel as far as Cherry Hill just because they have really trusted this place.

Like I mentioned before it is amazing. Its like they do an over haul with their standard tune-up. They write down everything they do to your bike to make sure you are aware of the problems. They give very honest opinions and are not rude like some other shops I've been to. They are very helpful and overall nice people
