I've done enough things to know if something is within a normal rate and when you're getting soaked. here, option 2. that is also confirmed by the fact I heard comments from STAFF saying "yeah, that's like free money. what an @sshole" when paying for the service. yeah, like I would EVER go back to that place again when it's just assumed I can't hear what they say about customers. do yourself a favor, find a better place where customers that pay the bills are shown basic respect. this is not the place for that level of service

A very cool shop right on Broadway in Pitman. Super friendly staff, a couch you can sit in while waiting for your bike, and extremely knowledgeable guys. Good selection of road and mountain bikes on the floor, and they seem willing to order you anything you want without a hassle. And if you like coffee, stop in a grab a cup!

Customer Service

One of my best experiences at a bike shop ever! I've dealt mainly with the owner, but all the guys seemed super nice. My wife is just getting into riding, and I wanted to get here a decent road bike for tri's. Steve, the owner, set her up on several different bikes for test rides, and let her decide on what bike was most comfortable, not on his opinion. She ended up picking a lower end road bike that wasn't in stock. We picked it up later in the week on a Friday right before closing. He ended up taking the time to do a custom fitting on the bike, adjusting her cleats, saddle tilt, stem and whatever else needed to be, then set the bike up on the trainer and gave her instructions on shifting, and just making sure the bike felt right. This was a huge deal for a beginner like my wife, and I'm sure will make her riding experience that much better from the beginning.
