Sold me a bike that was two years old. I found out by looking it up on the internet. He badmouthed Walmart, but the bike I paid over $350 for has low end brakes. Finally, he sold me a bike that is too small. Don't go there if you don't know bikes.

Bills' has expanded their inventory considerably over the years. His shop is clean, well organized and stocked. The only neg I have here is the parking when Palmyra is busy, but that's not his fault.

My family and I have purchased numerous bikes from him over the years and whenever we need servicing, parts, etc., he's prompt and the work is done right.

In July '09, I called for pricing on a Jamis he didn't have in stock. He put me on hold, called around, and was able to locate what I was looking for under MSRP. He was friendly and very professional.

This other negative comment about Bills' is obviously from some stupid kid. If you are going to patronize a small business, it's common knowledge to simply call ahead to double check that they are open.

In terms of his prices, no, he's not the cheapest. Nor should he be. He knows what his prices need to be. If you don't want to pay, then shop around. Cheapskate douchebags get what they pay for in the world of bikes.

This shop should close up, The owner is a loser who does not know how to deal with the plubic. This shop is a ripp off. Mr Bill is Rude and crude. The day I went their he open the shop a hour late and charged for mounting tires fifteen dollars and over charge for tires that I had bought from him. Do not even say that you bought someting from online or from another bike shop he flips out and acts unprofessional
