Overall, an outstanding shop to deal with! Clean, well displayed inventory. Tony and Rob were terrific to talk to and to listen to. Plenty of sound advice with room for novice questions(me).
My bicycle purchase was quite an ordeal... I felt like I was royalty being fitted for a custom suit!!! Their customer service and professionalism was first rate. I could not have asked for better attention from these two guys during my purchase and fitting of my new Fuji Rubaix.
They have earned my shop loyalty. I don't give loyalty very easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rob isnt the most honest, he tells every1 not to jump or do anyting good on their bikes, he rips you off sometimes, and he told me my frame wasnt recoverable and i couldnt use it agian, and look at it now, single speed ownage!!

Have been riding the trails in the area for years and have been using
the shop is seems like just as long! Rob and Chris are both very knowledgeable, passionate and good at what they do. Along with this
they are very friendly and easygoing and fun to talk to and not pushy
at all. They just want to put you on the right bike for what you want to
do. If that means $200 or $2000 it does not matter because they don't try
to oversell you. They want you to come back and they shop attitude
drives that point home. Definitely worth checking out you won't be
disappointed!

Customer Service

Customer service is top notch and the repairs are all done in a timely and
professional manner. Personally have had my ride repaired there many times and have never been disappointed or unsatisfied with the work done.
They have a good parts selection and if they don't have what you want they can get it quick and the prices are very competitive.

the shop is really good, they actally take time to make sure a good job is done with ur bike, if there is anny other problems with ur bvike they let u know, they get parts prety fast, check out the shop if ur in that area.

Great shop. I have only delt with Rob and Chris. Rob is a roadie...Chris is the mtn biker. Both experts on either subject though. Service is fast....and they treat you like part of their shop family....at least that is my experience. Whenever I need a quick adjustment...they handle it on the spot....and have never turned me away...no charge too! They have done this countless times...as I beat on my mountain bike quite a bit. Both have a good sense of humor and never make you feel dumb about any biking subject. Good prices....and they don't hound you. They don't work on commision at that shop...so you know you are getting good treatment and not some guy just trying to make a certain quota for the monthly sales. If they don't have something in house...they get it pretty fast. Well...that's my experience with them. Give em a shot if you live in that area.
