The staff has always been helpful and very friendly. The products are great. They have made riding a family affair. I strongly recommend Keswick Cycle. |

Avoid. Used to be a good shop, but now the employees are snooty, arrogant, and unhelpful unless you are spending big dollars (over $1000). Gave me bad advice on tires and shifters when I was trying to set up my hybrid as a commuter bike; bad advice on helmets too. Go elsewhere. Customer Service Really messed up a repair job on my vintage Cannondale. Took it there because they were a Cannondale dealer and I figured they'd know what they were doing and would have access to parts. My mistake. Clearly didn't give a s*** about me and my bike |

I am new to the Cherry Hill area so I was passing buy and decided to stop in. Everyone was very nice and helpful. So, about a month later I bought my first road bike used from a guy at work. I brought it in there for a tune up and a thorough once over for safety because I have no idea about roadies. They were able to accommodate me and even though I didn’t buy the bike there, they put my pedals on for free (pedals that I did not buy there), measured and installed the cleats in the shoes, that I bought there because I needed shoes and their prices were pretty good, put my bike on a trainer and set me up for seat height and pitch, and taught me how to use the clip-less pedals. All told I was there for over an hour and the rep, Brian, was super helpful and patient with my stupid nube questions. Not only that, but I was never made to feel stupid because I didn’t know something. Brian went out of his way to make sure that my bike was set up properly and that I understood how everything on my bike worked. Customer Service Truly first class service! I would recommend these guys to anyone. They have a great selection of bikes, but their service is great. Their staff is very helpful without being pushy, dismissive, or snobby. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Keep up the great work guys. |

These guys are the hardest working shop in south Jersey. I know brewha and he is a douche. Everytime I go into the store they take care of me. They get parts and special order items for me and my riding buddies quick and at the right price. Customer Service Their customer service is top notch. I have been to the other shops in the are and they are ok but these guys know their stuff and go out of their way to help you. |

Extremely disappointing in every way. I won't go back. Customer Service Can't even get a tune-up within a reasonable time-frame.

I was looking for a LBS that dealt with Ellsworth. They just started to carry them and I figured to give some love to them. I went in and explained that I wanted to send the part back quickly and offered to pay for the overnight shipping costs since the factory in in California. Exactly one week later I called to see if part was on it`s way and was told that they were sending it out today. I can not believe they had the bike for a week.I could have had the part off and sent the same day as the bike was first dropped off. So I picked up the bike and sent the part back myself. Oh, they charged me $20 for labor.Wow that`s how you do business? Go to Action Wheels or D&Q. Better People. Customer Service If you urge that you would like to minimize downtime they respond by letting the bike sit for a week. Even though you gave them a cell# if any problems occurred. I won`t give the floor guy`s name but he was an idiot. Similar Products Used: Next time I will go elsewhere |

Lots of products. Looks fancy. Everything is over priced. Customer Service Bunch of bike snobs who look at you cross eyed if your not 130 # or less. If you go,deal directly with the owner, he's the only one with character. Similar Products Used: :/ |

Great selection of mountain, road, cruisers, and tri-athalon bikes. No pushy sales people. Just people who ride and really know bikes. |
